Professors from UP visit the prestigious lab of UM

NanoKos continues to strengthen academic ties and foster meaningful collaborations. Professors from Faculty of Medicine, Violeta Lokaj (Medical Physiology) Arlinda Dakaj and teaching assistant Dr.Sc Blerina Koshi (Biopharmacy and Pharmaceutical Technology), recently visited the prestigious Noratta Lab at the University of Milan. Hosted by the renowned Prof. Noratta, the visit was a remarkable opportunity to exchange knowledge, explore cutting-edge research in nanomedicine, and discuss potential avenues for collaboration.

During their time at the lab, the professors also connected with Festina Kuçi, a talented PhD student mentored by Prof. Noratta and an alumna of the University of Prishtina and PhD Ilir Berisha as the last NanoKos intern remaining in the Norata team.

By enabling such connections, NanoKos continues to pave the way for advancements in science and the growth of academic partnerships.

This amazing opportunity was made possible by the European Union-funded NanoKos initiative, which promotes academic excellence and collaborative research.
