We are thrilled to share that as part of the NanoKos project, two esteemed professors from the University of Prishtina have successfully completed their study visits at King’s College London (KCL) from January 21-24, 2025.
Prof.Ass. Ilir Mazreku, from the Biology Department and Prof. Dr. Avni Berisha, from the Chemistry Department at the Faculty of Natural and Mathematics Sciences, had the opportunity to engage in knowledge exchange, collaborate with KCL academics, and explore cutting-edge research in their respective fields. During their visit, they had the chance to meet with leading professionals in their fields, exchange insights, and explore their research developments. They also toured KCL’s state-of-the-art labs and facilities, gaining valuable knowledge and building connections for future collaborations.
This experience has enriched their academic perspectives, contributing to the ongoing strengthening of ties between higher education institutions in Kosovo and globally. We look forward to seeing how this collaboration enhances the academic and research capacity in Kosovo!
