We are proud to share that Prof. Dr. Shaip Krasniqi (Professor at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Prishtina, and Clinical Pharmacology Specialist at the University Clinical Center of Kosovo – QKUK) and Prof. Dr. Kreshnik Hoti (Head of Pharmacy Practice & Pharmaceutical Care Department, Faculty of Medicine, University of Prishtina) recently completed their academic visit at King’s College London (KCL) as part of the NanoKos project.
During their visit, they engaged in meaningful discussions with renowned academics, including meeting with Dr.Vllasaliu, explored KCL’s advanced research in pharmacology and pharmaceutical sciences, and toured laboratory facilities to gain insights into innovative clinical and pharmaceutical research methodologies. Moreover as part of PhD committee’s at the University of Prishtina they took recommendations and suggestions for PhD programme developments and increasing their quality of studies. In addition they have followed promotion process of academic staff at the KCL by whitnesing the final process of staff evaluation at the KCL.
A special highlight of the visit was meeting Vanesa Krasniqi, Matilda Zogu, Erze Çoqaj, three talented students and Teaching Assistant Donjeta Spahiu from the University of Prishtina, Pharmacy Department and Biology Department, who are currently completing their internships at KCL through the NanoKos project. This visit reinforced the importance of supporting young researchers and fostering international academic partnerships.
