Increased laboratory research skills of Kosovo researchers

As part of the ongoing efforts to bolster research capacities within the NanoKos project, three comprehensive training sessions were conducted. These sessions aimed to equip researchers with specialized skills and knowledge essential for their contributions to the project’s objectives.

The first training session focused on the utilization of Marvern laboratory equipment, generously provided through the project’s funding. Held on December 4th, participants received hands-on training in the installation and operation of the equipment, ensuring its effective utilization in upcoming research endeavors.

In another session, held on December 7th, researchers delved into the intricacies of the Pearl Trilogy equipment by LI-COR. Through both virtual and physical participation, attendees gained valuable insights into the functionality and applications of this cutting-edge technology, paving the way for enhanced research outcomes.

Lastly, researchers benefited from a guided training session on the LUX3 FL equipment. Led by experienced instructors, this session provided participants with practical skills and insights into utilizing this state-of-the-art equipment for their research endeavors.

Participants of these training sessions not only acquired technical proficiencies but also fostered collaboration and knowledge exchange among peers. Furthermore, certificates were awarded upon completion, acknowledging the participants’ dedication to advancing their research capabilities.

These training sessions mark significant milestones in our collective efforts to strengthen research capacities and foster innovation within the NanoKos project. We extend our appreciation to all participants for their active engagement and look forward to witnessing the impactful contributions they will make to the field of nanoparticle research.
