University of Prishtina Faculty Members Gain Valuable Insights at University of Milan

Above mentioned staff recently completed a productive short visit to the Department of Environmental Science and Policy and the Department of Pharmacological and Biomolecular Sciences at the University of Milan as part of the NanoKos Project. From October 14-18, 2024, they have engaged with esteemed colleagues, and graduate and PhD students, gaining valuable insights into the department’s organization, ongoing projects, animal-related study guidelines discussions, and cutting-edge research. Highlights of their visit included detailed presentations by faculty members, discussions with interns from the University of Prishtina, and collaborative brainstorming sessions with Prof. Giuseppe Danilo Norata, PhD Student Festina Kuçi and Prof. Giangiacomo Beretta. Moreover visiting laboratories with advanced analytical tools such as Scan Electronic and Transmission Electronic Microscopes was an additional outcome that produced fruitful collaboration for future sample delivery and collaboration research. Our staff expressed their gratitude for the warm hospitality and the stimulating academic environment, and they look forward to potential future collaborations.
