Visits to Kosovo of European researchers, including those from Kosovo Diaspora, will enable Kosovo researchers to acquire key research skills in the priority areas, increase collaborations and links with European research institutions, enhanced research management and administration skills. A particular focus of this Work Package is the training of UP researchers and administrative staff on key aspects of research and innovation excellence, such as Research leadership and management, Science communication and public engagement, Translational research, Grant writing, Collaborations and Research Data Management. There will also be a focus on science commercialisation and entrepreneurship.
